Interning with ILRF: A day in the life

Other work I’ve done with ILRF has included
translations.  Specifically, I was
translating press releases and the executive summary for the recent Pineapple
Report
the Forum has recently released concerning labor rights and conditions
for pineapple workers in Costa Rica and the Philippines.  Also, last week I attended a panel discussion
at a congressional office building where professionals discussed advice for the
next administration in foreign policy with Latin America.  After attending this talk, I wrote a blog
entry that
you can see here
.

Interning for ILRF has allowed me to use my skills to help
the organization and to widen my knowledge concerning labor rights
internationally.

If you are interested in interning at ILRF, check out the intern job descriptions at http://www.laborrights.org/about-ilrf/employment-internships.  ILRF is always looking for passionate interns dedicated to supporting the rights of workers.  Whether you are a graphic designer or really enjoy trade policy work, ILRF has a place for you!
